Our signature dish. Only available sometimes as it has a very short season in Thailand and is hit and miss whether it arrives perfectly ripe to make the best dessert in the world or is overripe. Even when it arrives perfect if it gets too warm or too cold or even slightly shaken it will turn overripe. To be honest if you even look at it the wrong way or don’t talk to it nicely it turns overripe.
Served with seasonal fruits.
